Rick Waterhouse brings more than 40 years of experience as a planner, architect, project manager and leader in the leisure industry. Rick has worked with many prominent companies such as; SeaWorld Entertainment, Universal Studios, Resorts World Sentosa, and Callaway. Educated as an architect at Clemson University and Kent State University, he has worked in numerous arenas. A former president of the American Institute of Architects, Orlando Chapter, he is a holder of the NCARB certificate and previously registered to practice architecture in Florida, Georgia, Ohio, California and Texas.
Having lived and traveled extensively throughout the US, Europe, and Asia, he is knowledgeable and appreciative of a wide range of cultures and practices.
